岗位职责：

1、Managethe annual IT budgets of purchasing, provide reporting and analysis;

2、Leadthe IT Finance team to fulfill the requirements including IT PR/PO processing,IT invoice management, IT procurement and sourcing, IT purchasing contractmanagement, as well as ensuring efficient procedures, reporting and controlsare in place;

3、IdentifyIT areas to effectively manage costs, lower financial risks and to maximizevalue;

4、Accountableto ensure contracts are reviewed for commercial, legal, technical requirementsas per the current policies and manages list of contracts for on time renewal;

5、Ensurevendor outstanding payable are managed, documented, processed, filed andreported per the current policies;

6、Ensureprocurement of IT equipment is processed and managed effectively;

7、Maintainclose relationships with other departments to foster strategic relationships;

8、Workwith local and global IT teams to implement corporate purchasing initative forSCL;

9、Abideto company rules and regulations.
